If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. FOR THE BETSY ROSS COLLECTION:

NO Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations. These are custom made Limited Edition items.

ALL SHOES can NOT be returned. They are custom made when ordered.

However, if your shoes are not shipped out 30 days (i.e. you don't receive your tracking number)... We will provide a full return.

  • SHIPPING: Once your order is shipped and you receive your tracking number, we are no longer responsible for your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact USPS with your tracking number.

  • FAQ:
    Where are your products made?
      All over the world. We design them in DC and send our designs and tech packs to various manufacturers to produce the products. Our Betsy Ross Sneakers are made overseas

For all other apparel/active wear:

  • You can return or exchange any garment for a full refund if it is within 14 days of receiving your original order. To start an online return, please contact info@outoflineclub.com​

  • The amount refunded will be the price paid when purchasing the garment. ​

  • If you have purchased a garment that needs to be swapped due to size or color, the buyer will send the goods back at their own expense and once the order has been received Out Of Line will deliver the new garment(s) right away.​​

  • Please make sure you return the goods in the same condition you received them in. We are happy and willing to accept all garments returned, however, if they arrive in a poor condition we might have to send them back to you

  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are packed securely so they do not get damaged. Please also ensure you send the goods with a tracking number, otherwise, we will not take responsibility if the goods never arrive at the Out Of Line headquarters.

  • All custom made items are not eligible for a return/exchange.
